In The Myth of the Latin Woman; I Just Met a Girl Named Maria, Cofer is narrating a story
in which she is toilsome to convince her audience, Dont opine a arrest by its cover, she does
this by care soundy showing that people judge her before getting to know her by stereotyping her
culture. In a Clack of Tiny Sparks, this is another narration of a boy named Bernard cooper
who a homosexual. He talks about how hard it was to gather in by trying to change his sexuality,
growing up in his early teens. The writing styles of these narrations are completely different
because Coopers writing relies on the work of small notes and fix description, in
par to Cofers writing, she includes stereotyping style, combined with flash back and
comparison to tell her story. There are three aspects of these narrations that include: persuasion
towards their audiences, inner conflicts of the characters, and the characters ability to solve a
problem once confronted.
Cofer and Cooper ploughshare great similarities once confronted, both of their problem solving
situations ultimately devastation the same way, though their confrontations were unrelated.
One of the
