Theory Assessment #1 – Ground Rules The main points I have learnt from this assessment argon: Having completed this assessment I have come to realise there may simply really one way to establish reasonableness rules with scholars and that is by group establishion and negotiation. This way all learners contribute towards the flat finish rules and so are more exchangeablely to adopt, follow and look sharp them. By being prescriptive and dictating the terra firma rules I think a instruct would quickly alienate his learners as soundly as fail to successfully implement them. I in like manner personally believe it is important to reaffirm and mayhap look back the filth rules from time to time throughout the course so as they do not frame forgotten, or ignored, that remain current. If so, when and how? How could I develop my acquaintance and ground as a result of this assessment: •I will research ways in which to practice the ground rules and determine who, in what circumstances, could enforce them. •I shall discuss with colleagues about previous experiences regarding the enforcement of ground rules on the learner or group.
